Key takeaways

  • 30-day warranty from delivery
  • Covers functional faults not caused by the buyer
  • Report with serial number plus photos or video

30 days of cover on function

Every item we ship carries a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. It covers functional faults that appear in normal use: a channel dropping out, a driver failing, a power supply faulting or a control becoming unresponsive.

Cosmetic wear, consumable parts such as lamps and batteries, and faults we disclosed in the listing before sale are not covered. Those are visible before you pay, and they are priced into the quote.

Human-caused damage is excluded

The warranty does not cover damage caused by the buyer or the buyer's staff: drops, liquid ingress, overload, incorrect wiring or voltage, unauthorised repair or modification, or running the unit outside its rated conditions.

Damage caused in transit is handled separately through carrier insurance. Photograph the packaging and the unit before unboxing and report any impact damage with photos so a claim can be opened.

  • Test the unit on arrival and photograph the serial plate
  • Report any fault in writing within 30 days of delivery
  • Keep the original packaging until the warranty window ends
  • Do not attempt repairs yourself — unauthorised work voids cover

How to file a claim

Send the serial number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video to our enquiry email. We confirm the cause with you, then repair or replace the faulty unit or part.

Where neither repair nor replacement is practical, we agree a refund for the affected item. Clear evidence at the start makes the process short for both sides.
