Вопросы покупателей

Can the package be adjusted to my room size?

Yes. Send the room dimensions, ceiling height and expected seat count, and we will adjust speaker count, subwoofer size and amplifier power before quoting. The listed room range is a starting point, not a fixed limit.

Are the microphones and lighting included?

Yes, the full package includes a wireless microphone system and a DMX lighting controller with fixtures. If you already own either part, we remove it from the quote and re-check compatibility with the remaining gear.

How is a used KTV package tested before shipping?

Each speaker is run at full output, amplifiers are load-tested, the DSP is checked channel by channel, and the wireless system is scanned across its band. We record a short test video and share the serial numbers before the shipment leaves.

What size room will this party room system cover?

The base package targets roughly 60–150 m² depending on ceiling height and seating layout. Send the room plan and we will confirm speaker positions, subwoofer count and amplifier size before you order.

Can it run every night in a commercial venue?

The selected cabinets and amplifiers are commercial models with tested output. We check the wear items that fail under nightly use, and we include a spare microphone capsule so a single failure does not stop the room.

Do you help with installation?

We review the installation plan before shipment and offer remote commissioning after delivery. Physical installation is handled by your local technician; we supply the wiring diagram and preset sheet for the room.

Can you supply only the speakers for my bar?

Yes. If you already have amplification and control, we quote speakers and a matching subwoofer only, and we check impedance and power handling against your existing amplifier before shipping.

Will a used system be too loud for a lounge?

The system is sized to the room and set with a background preset. A correctly matched compact system at low output is usually quieter and cleaner than an oversized system turned down.

Do you provide installation hardware?

We can include brackets, speakON or XLR cabling and connector adapters in the shipment. Send your mounting plan and we will confirm what is needed before packing.

Can this rental system be shipped in flight cases?

Yes. We quote suitable cases or reinforced cartons depending on the cabinet size and your transport method. Cases can be included in the same consignment and listed separately on the packing list.

Is the system suitable for one-person setup?

We size the subwoofer and cabinets for the transport method you describe. Tell us whether setup is one-person or two-person and we will avoid components that exceed a safe lift.

Do you offer a spare-parts package?

We can include spare microphone capsules, cables and connectors with the order. Specific electronic spares depend on the models in the set; ask before shipping and we will confirm what is available.

Can you supply a whole KTV project with multiple rooms?

Yes. Send the room schedule, drawings and opening date. We return an itemised quotation with room assignments, packed dimensions, freight options and the used or new status of each line.

How do you handle mixed used batches?

Every unit is listed by serial number and assigned to a room before packing. Key components are filmed during testing, and the packing list lets your installer match each carton to the project schedule.

Are duties and taxes included in the quote?

No. We quote equipment and freight, then list estimated duty and import VAT separately by destination. That keeps the equipment price transparent and avoids surprises at customs.

What do I need for a remote tuning session?

You need the system powered and installed, a video call device, a way to connect to the DSP or mixer, and the pre-call checklist completed. We confirm the connection method before the session.

Can you tune a system you did not sell?

Yes, as long as the equipment is working and the signal path is documented. We review the checklist first; if the issue is a hardware fault or installation error, we explain what needs to change before tuning.

Is a preset file included?

Yes. Where the processor supports export, you receive the saved preset file plus a one-page written settings sheet. Both are yours to keep and reuse on the same model.

Can I buy only the lighting, without the audio package?

Yes. The DMX setup is quoted separately from the audio package. Tell us the room size and whether you already have a controller, and we will quote a matching fixture set.

How many scenes are programmed?

We program four basic scenes: service, party, slow song and blackout. Additional scenes can be added if your controller has spare buttons, but the default set is kept simple for staff use.

Are the fixtures tested before shipping?

Yes. Each fixture is checked for fan noise, flicker, lens damage and DMX stability, and the address map is recorded before packing. Known faults are listed in the condition notes.

How far in advance should I order equipment for a karaoke room opening during the holiday season?

Aim to place your order at least 8–12 weeks before your target opening date. This allows time for order processing, bench-testing, export packing, freight, customs clearance and installation. If you are in a remote location or need special handling, add another week or two.

What should I check when the used KTV equipment arrives?

Inspect the packaging for damage, then unpack and check each item against the packing list. Bench-test amplifiers, DSPs, microphones and lighting fixtures before installation. Document any issues with photos and contact the supplier immediately. Also verify voltage compatibility and that all accessories are included.

Can I get remote help with tuning the system after installation?

Many suppliers of used professional audio equipment offer remote technical tuning support. Confirm this before purchase and ask what it covers—typically EQ, delay, feedback suppression and gain structure. Schedule a session after the basic installation is complete so the technician can work with live measurements.

Can I use a cloud karaoke song library without internet?

Generally no, because cloud libraries stream songs from remote servers. However, some providers offer offline caching for recently played songs, which can provide limited functionality during short outages. For full offline capability, a local library is more reliable.

Is a cloud karaoke song library legal for commercial use in my country?

Legality depends on the provider's licensing agreements. Reputable cloud providers secure public performance and reproduction rights for the territories they serve. You must confirm that your country is covered and that the licence extends to your venue type. Always request written confirmation.

How often are cloud karaoke song libraries updated?

Updates vary by provider, but many add new songs weekly or monthly. Local libraries require manual updates, which can be less frequent unless you purchase new collections. Ask the supplier for their update schedule and how new songs are delivered.

Will AI voice enhancement work with my existing karaoke system?

It depends on your current equipment. If you have a DSP processor or a karaoke mixer with digital signal processing, a firmware update or an add-on module may enable AI features. Otherwise, you may need a new processor. Check with your supplier whether your existing microphones and amplifiers are compatible.

Does AI voice enhancement add latency that singers will notice?

Good systems keep latency below about 10 milliseconds, which most singers do not notice. However, cheap or poorly configured units can introduce delay, making it hard to sing in time. Always test latency with a real performance before buying, and ask the supplier for a latency figure.

Is AI voice enhancement worth the extra cost for a small venue?

If your customers are casual singers and you want to reduce complaints about harsh vocals, it can be worth it. But if your rooms are small and well-treated, a traditional system tuned properly may be sufficient. Consider starting with a used unit that has AI features and bypass, so you can compare with and without.

What should I check first in a used karaoke system listing?

Start with the written inventory and ask for a live video inspection of the system powered on. This confirms what is included and how it performs, which is more reliable than photos alone.

How can I verify the condition of used speakers and amplifiers remotely?

Request a live video call where the technician plays music through each speaker and demonstrates all controls on the amplifier. Ask them to show close-ups of cones, connectors, and any cosmetic damage.

Is it safe to pay a deposit for a used karaoke system from overseas?

It can be safe if you take precautions: use a supplier with a track record, get everything in writing, pay via a method with buyer protection if possible, and confirm the inspection and warranty terms before sending money.

Are used line array speakers worth buying?

Yes, when the cabinets come from documented install or rental inventory and the drivers are original. The savings are real, but only if you verify serial numbers and service history before paying.

How much should I pay for a used line array cabinet?

For current models with good parts support, 45–60% of new street price is a reasonable starting point. Add freight, duty and any amplifier or processing costs before comparing offers.

Can I mix used line array cabinets from different batches?

You can, but matched batches are strongly preferred. Mixed batches can have different driver revisions, which affects tonal consistency across the array.

How do I know if a used subwoofer has been re-coned?

Compare cone markings, spider colour and solder joints with reference photos for the exact model, and ask for driver part numbers. Non-original kits often look close but differ in small details.

Is a used subwoofer with cosmetic damage still worth buying?

Usually yes if the cabinet is structurally sound and the drivers test clean. Cosmetic damage affects resale value, not necessarily performance, but cracks near the mounting points should be treated seriously.

Should I buy used subwoofers in pairs?

Pairs from the same batch are preferable for tonal matching and easier resale. Single cabinets are fine when you already own a matching unit.

Do used pro audio brands hold value differently?

Yes. Rider-required brands like L-Acoustics and d&b hold value better because demand is tied to production requirements. Consumer-oriented gear usually loses value faster.

When is the best time to sell used pro audio gear?

Before a platform successor is announced. Consoles and DJ players typically hold value until a new generation ships, then drop sharply.

Does cosmetic condition affect resale value much?

Less than documentation, original parts and complete accessories. Buyers pay for confidence in service history more than for clean paint.

Is it safe to buy used CDJs from a closed venue?

Often yes. Venue decks are usually installed and not toured, so mechanical wear is lower. Still test every button, jog and output before paying.

What is a fair price for a used CDJ-3000?

Pricing moves with the market, but a low-hour deck from a closed venue typically sells for meaningfully less than new. Compare recent completed sales and account for any likely repairs.

Should I buy used DJ gear with cosmetic scratches?

Yes, if the price reflects it and every function works. Scratches affect appearance only; jogs, screens and outputs are what determine real value.

What does B+ condition mean for used speakers?

B+ usually means light cosmetic wear, original parts and no structural damage. It is the most common grade for well-kept venue or studio stock.

Is C-grade used audio worth buying?

Sometimes, if the price reflects the repair and you can verify the work. C-grade gear is best for buyers who can service it themselves or have a trusted repair partner.

Do condition grades affect sound quality?

Not directly. They describe cosmetic and mechanical condition. Driver health, amplifier condition and crossover integrity determine sound, so test those separately.

Can used speakers be shipped by normal courier?

Small active speakers can, if packed in a rigid box with proper foam. Subwoofers and large cabinets should go by pallet freight.

Who pays import duty on used pro audio?

Usually the importer. Confirm the incoterm before paying — DDP means the seller covers duty, while EXW leaves all freight and duty to you.

Is shipping insurance worth it for used gear?

Yes for anything heavy or hard to replace. Insure for replacement value and keep photos of the packed pallet and any damage.

Can I use a generic amplifier with used d&b speakers?

You can, but you lose the manufacturer's processing and the result will not match the designed system. Budget for compatible amplification if you want the intended sound.

Is more amplifier power dangerous for speakers?

Not when sized sensibly and limited properly. Too little power causes clipping, which is more damaging than adequate headroom.

How do I calculate parallel speaker impedance?

For equal cabinets, divide the nominal impedance by the number of cabinets. Two 8 Ω boxes in parallel equal 4 Ω; four equal 2 Ω.

How long is the warranty on used pro audio?

30 days from the delivery date, on every item we sell. The window starts when the shipment arrives at your address.

What does the 30-day warranty cover?

Functional faults that were not caused by the buyer — for example a channel dropping out, a driver failing, a power supply faulting or a control no longer responding.

What is excluded from the warranty?

Human-caused damage such as drops, liquid ingress, overload, incorrect wiring or voltage, and unauthorised repair or modification. Cosmetic wear, consumables and faults disclosed before sale are also excluded.

What is the best used PA speaker for a small venue?

For most small venues, a tested RCF ART 710-A MK4 or Yamaha DXR10 offers the best balance of price, output and serviceability.

How many used speakers do I need for a 100-seat venue?

Two main speakers plus a subwoofer usually cover a 100-seat room. Add monitors for performers and verify amplifier headroom for peak levels.

Are self-powered used speakers easier to buy?

They are simpler to deploy because amplification is built in, but amplifier condition becomes the main risk. Always test power-up and level hold.

What is the best used subwoofer for live sound?

A tested JBL SRX828S is usually the strongest option for output and parts support, provided the drivers are original and the cabinet is structurally sound.

Should I buy one big subwoofer or two smaller ones?

Two smaller cabinets usually give better coverage and easier placement. One large cabinet may suit a fixed install better but is harder to position.

How do I check a used subwoofer before buying?

Ask for driver part numbers, a frequency sweep test and photos of the cone and surround. Confirm the cabinet shows no water damage and that the input connectors are solid.

What is the best used digital console for a project studio?

An Allen & Heath SQ-6 from a single studio owner is a strong choice: free firmware updates, straightforward testing and good parts availability.

What should I test on a used digital console?

Every fader and encoder, touchscreen accuracy, all input and output paths, and the firmware version. Fader and encoder wear is the main cost risk.

Do used consoles still receive firmware updates?

Some do and some do not. Check the manufacturer's support status for the exact model before buying, because updates affect stability and compatibility.
