A project schedule instead of a shopping list
Overseas KTV projects usually involve several room types and a fixed opening date. We build a schedule that lists every room, its size, the intended use and the equipment assigned to it, so your installer can plan cable runs and mains load before the shipment arrives.
The schedule separates used and new components. Used cabinets and amplifiers carry the value, while items such as mounting hardware, cabling and consumables can be quoted new when availability or lead time makes that the safer choice.

Testing and documentation across mixed batches
When a project pulls from several batches, documentation is the main risk control. Each unit is photographed, tested and listed by serial number, and the packing list references the room it belongs to.
We record a short functional video for the key components and keep the files available after delivery, so your technician can compare the received unit with the tested unit.

Freight, duties and commissioning
We coordinate air or sea freight with a forwarder and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and export declaration data. Duty and import VAT are destination costs; we quote them separately so the equipment price stays comparable.
Remote commissioning covers DSP presets, microphone gain structure and lighting scenes. If your installer needs a video walkthrough, we schedule it after the equipment is unpacked rather than before it leaves.

How do you handle mixed used batches?
Every unit is listed by serial number and assigned to a room before packing. Key components are filmed during testing, and the packing list lets your installer match each carton to the project schedule.
Are duties and taxes included in the quote?
No. We quote equipment and freight, then list estimated duty and import VAT separately by destination. That keeps the equipment price transparent and avoids surprises at customs.
